What’s In It For You?
As an Account Manager at Battle Royal Studios, you will:
Manage and nurture relationships with key corporate clients, understanding and meeting their business objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison for client communications, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with excellence.
Lead the execution of pitches and proposals, tailoring offerings to meet the unique needs of prospective clients.
Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services, maintaining high client satisfaction through regular engagement and feedback.
Play an integral role in the strategic planning and execution of major projects, driving growth and innovation within the agency.
Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business objectives
Serve as the main point of contact for key client(s), addressing their concerns and requests effectively and efficiently
Build strong, long-term relationships with key client(s) to understand their goals and needs
Identify and grow opportunities with different departments of key clients
Leverage these client insights to develop new services
Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of exceptional pitch concepts
Report to Head of Events and to Co-CEOs, providing regular updates on account status, new opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
Proven experience in Account Management or project lead in corporate event management.
Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Event Management, or a relevant field.
Experience in managing large-scale events or corporate clients.
Entrepreneurial mindset
Keen understanding of industry trends and technology solutions for event management.
Multilingual capabilities to effectively manage diverse client bases.
