What’s In It For You?

As our Creative Producer Social Media & Brand, you have a leading role in the marketing department supervising the generation of new marketing ideas and content in the field of Social Media, helping us to make our brand internationally visible. Your role will entail:

• Social media management of our agency channels

• Positioning of BRS as thought leader and industry expert

• Community management based on channel strategy

• Measurement of social media out-put based on KPIs

• Proactive suggestions for channel development

• Organization and briefing of copywriters and other freelancers

• Simple photo and video editing

• Creation and maintenance of marketing plans in consultation with Marketing Lead

• Research on agency-related topics

Some Guidance And Expected Experience

• Practical experience in social media management in B2B communities

• You have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in leading a small team

• Creative and technically skilled

• Knowledge of common video and graphics programs

• Knowledge of how to build, maintain and drive communities forward

• Understand how to work with personas and know how to grow a brand through strategic planning

• Are good at storytelling and know how to make complex topics easy to understand

• Professional at posting content, creating simple graphics and writing captions

• Strong teamwork and communication skills and willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams

• Good time management and structured way of working

• Quick perception, eye for detail and proactive solution-finding skills

• A diverse, reliable and professional industry network

• English language proficiency, written and spoken, German skills a plus!

• Affinity and interest in following trends in the entertainment industry and contributing ideas, as well as familiarizing yourself with new topics in the digital events sector

• You have no problems using Microsoft Office, MAC OSX, or Keynote, plus experience with Adobe Suite, Final Cut or other, beneficially Microsoft MS Teams as well

• Enjoy working in an international and diverse team.
