Freelance Stage Manager (m/f/d)

To support our team, we are looking for Stage Managers (m/f/d) for a wide variety of hybrid events to join our team on a project-specific freelance basis.

Location: Glogauer Str 17, 10999 Berlin, (Remote work possible within CET zone)

Mode: Project-based freelance work

What’s In It For You?

As one of our Stage Managers, you work with our production team in the development and operational realisation of our projects. Your role will entail:

• Creation of rehearsal plans

• Coordination of the location for rehearsals

• Arrangements and coordination of the artists

• Organization of all props necessary for the rehearsals and the show

• Supervision of the rehearsals as well as the artists during the rehearsal period and during the show (if necessary, also simple operation of technical equipment (sound, light, etc.)

• Stage management during the show

• Coordination of stage technicians, lighting and sound engineers

• Ensuring the safety of all participants on stage and backstage

• If necessary, responsibility for receipts and cash on site

Some Guidance And Expected Experience

• at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as a stage manager

• practical experience in preparation of all production plans

• experience with digital events is a plus

• quick comprehension, eye for detail and proactive solution finding

• Musical understanding

• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor towards customers and artists

• Hands-on mentality in planning and implementation on site

• willingness to travel (national and international)

• proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and MS Teams

• business fluent in written and spoken German and English
